Reservation policy

The reservation system of our website makes a reservation request where the visitor receives information about its development within 24 hours.

Completion of your booking is made after payment of the deposit

The deposit amounts to 25% of the total amount of the reservation as defined in law  1652 / 30-10-1986 (FEK 167 A ‘). Article 2.

The visitor must pay the deposit within 48 hours from the request and send the receipt to

Upon completion of the reservation, the visitor will receive a confirmatory email for successful of your reservation

Prices do not include the accommodation tax where it is 0.50 € / day.

Cancellation Policy

Ο επισκέπτης   έχει την δυνατότητα ακύρωσης επικοινωνώντας μαζί μας:

If the guest cancels the reservation at least 21 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded except of the transaction costs if any.

If the cancellation request is made in less than 21 days, then must be paid a further 25% as cancellation fees as defined by law 1652 / 30-10-1986 (FEK 167 A ‘) Article 3.

Our website uses SSL Certificate to safely complete your transactions.

The personal data collected by this website is NOT used for any promotional activity or purposes.

Personal data such as debit card numbers etc. are not kept in our records and destroyed upon the departure of the visitor from our facilities  or in case of cancellation.

Other terms

Arrivals at the accommodation are being made after 13:30 and departure until 12:00.

We provide daily cleaning to our facilities and change of towels / sheets every 2 days. In case you wish more frequent change of towels / sheets we can provide it with an extra cost of € 3.00 / day.
